About Us:
COOL is a nonprofit professional organization started to promote organic landscaping. The group first formed in the summer of 2003 as a way for local landscape professionals to network and to share information about organic gardening principles. In addition, we feel it is very important to help to connect homeowners with an organic landscaper in their area.
Mission Statement:
The Coalition of Organic Landscape Professionals is a collection of landscape professionals committed to organic and sustainable garden care and design. COOL is comprised of arborists, designers, educators, horticulturists, gardeners, and other landscape professionals who provide garden care and consultation. COOL is dedicated to not only improving the gardening practices of its members, but also to educating other landscapers and the general public about organic and sustainable gardening.
